Delivery of Services
Services are provided according to the timeline and milestones set forth in the Agreement. We use our professional judgment and commercially reasonable efforts to complete work as described.
Proposal and Scope
Service proposals are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise. If not accepted within that period, we may revise or reissue a proposal.
Fees, Costs, and Taxes
Unless otherwise stated:

Third-party costs are passed through and billed separately.

Reasonable project expenses may be invoiced at cost.

The client is responsible for any applicable taxes.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within five (5) days of issuance, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Projects with milestones may follow a payment schedule based on those stages.
If payments are delayed, project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
Changes to Scope
Requests to alter the agreed scope of work must be submitted in writing.

Minor adjustments that do not significantly affect cost or timeline may be accommodated.

Major changes that materially affect cost or schedule may require a revised agreement.
Any new work proposed should be accepted within 14 working days unless otherwise specified.
Delays and Timeline Adjustments
If delays occur due to late client input, approvals, or missing materials, timelines will be extended on a day-for-day basis.
If delays originate on our side, we will communicate revised timelines promptly.
Events beyond reasonable control, such as technical disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances, can extend timelines without being considered a breach.
Review and Acceptance
We perform internal reviews before submitting work.
After submission, the client has seven (7) working days to review and provide feedback. If no responses are received in that timeframe, the work may be deemed accepted.
Revisions within scope will be addressed within a reasonable period.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Handle proofreading unless otherwise agreed
Attribution and Showcasing Work
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, uaremoteteams.com may include a reference to our involvement in completed work and display non-confidential elements in our portfolio.
Parties should not unreasonably block accurate factual references.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it solely for fulfilling the Agreement.
This obligation does not apply to information that is public or independently acquired.
Relationship Status
Services are provided as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or exclusive relationship.
We may use subcontractors where appropriate while maintaining responsibility for delivery.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is.” Our liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.
Rights to Work Products
Once full payment is received, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Final Deliverables as outlined in the Agreement.
Company Tools, templates, and internal systems not explicitly transferred remain the property of uaremoteteams.com.
Unless agreed otherwise, work products may not be modified for redistribution or resale without permission.
Support Services
Support services are provided only if agreed in writing and may be billed separately.
Any warranty does not extend to deliverables modified by others without authorization.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version displayed on uaremoteteams.com governs your use of the website and services.
